摘要 目的了解旅客列车鼠密度、鼠侵害率与列车鼠情的关系,为长期控制广州铁路旅客列车鼠害提供可行的方法。方法鼠情调查和杀灭效果评价。结果2006年广州铁路列车平均鼠密度为21.50%,平均鼠侵害率31.84%,车厢鼠情按鼠密度排序:CA>YZ>YW>RZ>RW,按鼠侵害率排序:YZ>YW>CA>RZ>RW;捕获鼠种构成:黄胸鼠94.7%,小家鼠5.3%。改进投药方式后,60 d鼠灭效达81.21%,鼠侵害下降率73.33%。结论同时使用鼠密度、鼠侵害率指标可以更客观描述列车鼠害程度和评价灭鼠效果。使用列车专用鼠饵盒并定期观察补充药物,是长期治理列车鼠害的可行办法。 Objective To find out relationship between the rat density, invasion and rats activities in the train, and get feasible deratization technique in the train. Methods Rat situation investigation and deratization effect evaluation. Results In 2006, average rat density was 21.50% , invasion rate was 31.84% , rat hazard sorted by density : CA 〉 YZ 〉 YW 〉 RZ 〉 RW, by invasion rate : YZ 〉 YW 〉 CA 〉 RZ 〉 RW ; Caught species composition :Rattus flavipectus 94.7% , Mus musculus 5.3%. Improved on administrating fashion, 60 days later, the rate of decline of density and invasion were 81.21% and 73.33% respectively. Conclusion Utilizing simutaneously rat density with invasion can be better to describe rodent hazard and evaluate deratization effect. For a long-term strategy against rat hazard in the train, it' s feasible by using train specific bait-box.
