摘要
企业化事业单位作为企业化运作的事业型实体,在我国不仅占有相当大的比重,而且正处于改革和发展的关键时期。在这一时期,企业化事业单位面临着复杂的形势和艰巨的任务,其工会工作对象、重点、内容、方式、途径、领域也要适应新形势新任务的要求,强化建立健全职代会、正确实施监督监管、注意完善劳动合同、加强自身建设与改革等工作重点。
Enterprise-oriented institutions have occupied considerable proportion of entities in the course of enterprise-oriented reforms. At the critical period of reform and development, an enterprise-oriented institution is confronted with a highly complex situation and difficult task. Therefore, they should set up strengthen the system of workers' congress, and they will change the work way and shift the work focus in response to the new situation and new tasks. Moreover, it is of importance to correctly exercise supervision and management and improve the labor contract and the trade union itself.
