摘要
用邻域的方式给出了拓扑空间上半连续函数的定义,得到了一般拓扑空间上的半连续函数的一些基本性质,并利用半连续的等价命题证明了由半连续函数列构造的新函数的三个性质.
This paper defines semi-continuous functions on a general topological space by using the concept of neighborhoods, and some basic properties of semi-continuous functions on a topological space are obtained. By means of a group of the equivalent propositions of semi-continuous functions, three properties of a new function constructed by a sequence of semi-continuous functions are proved.
