脑电非线性分析在针刺研究中的应用一例 被引量:8

摘要 目的:初步评估脑电非线性分析在针刺研究中的应用价值。方法:针刺一侧申脉穴及后溪穴,获得健康志愿者在行针及留针不同针刺状态下的脑电信号,将各脑区的脑电信号转换成关联维数,对比分析不同针刺状态下脑电信号变化的规律。结果:针刺申脉穴和后溪穴主要激活额叶、颞叶等脑区,在行针和留针过程中激活的脑区存在较为明显的规律性的变化,在行针过程中首先激活对侧脑区,留针后逐渐由对侧延伸到双侧。结论:脑电关联维数可以有效地区分大脑不同状态的特征,关联维数可以作为脑信息处理的非线性特征参数。脑电非线性动力学分析在针刺研究中具有独特的优势,为研究针灸的神经机理提供了一种有力的工具。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of electroencephalogram (EEG) nonlinear analysis in acupuncture research.. Methods: EEGs of the volunteer healthy subject were recorded under the states of manipulation and retention of the needle after acupuncture stimulation of Shenmai and Houxi. EEG signals were sampled and analyzed after transformation of the EEG to correlation dimension. Results:The highly-activated cerebral regions were frontal lobe and temporal lobe etc when stimulate the acupuncture of Shenmai and Houxi. The changes of the EEG signal is regular during the state of manipulation and retention of the needle. Opposite side regions are activited in manipulation needle and both sides in retention needle. Conclusion:EEG correlation dimension can discriminate the different cerebral states effectually and can be the special parameter to analyse cerebral information. The effect of EEG nonlinear analysis has distinct dominance in the study of the mechanism of acupuncture.
