摘要
国际商法课程实施案例教学对培养学生素质和能力,提高教学效果具有积极的作用。在实施过程中,一要选好案例,二要采用多样化教学方法和手段,达到将案例实践理论化,理论内容系统化。
In teaching the course of international business law, case sutdies play a positive role in improving students' quality, cultivating their ability and promoting instruction effect. During the implementationprocess, teachers should select appropriate case and adopt diversified teaching methods to teach theoretically and systematically.
