煤炭老工业基地振兴中紧缺人才培养的对策

摘要 紧缺人才已成为煤炭老工业基地振兴的主要瓶颈。对于煤炭紧缺人才的培养,必须构建煤炭高校和煤炭企业共同承担的机制,并实施紧缺人才的培养培训工程。同时,煤炭企业应营造良好的用人环境,吸引和稳定紧缺人才。 The professional shortage becomes the main bottleneck in revitalizing old coal induatrial base. The euhivation of these professionals should construct the mechanism for both coal university and industry to take the co-responsibility of it, and carry out the training program, in the meantime, coal industry should create favorable environment for professionals in employing and stabilizing.
