摘要
大学新生入学后的适应性教育非常重要。针对部分新生入学后容易出现的不良现象和心理,高校要予以重视和分析,有针对性地培养其自主学习能力、人际交往能力和良好的意志品质,帮助其尽快实现由高中生到大学生的角色转变。
It is important to offer adaptable education for freshmen. According to the unhealthy phenomena and psychology in existence after their entrance, university should cultivate their autonomous learning ability, communicative ability and strong willpower to help them realize role transformation as soon as possible.
