电话回访式健康指导在人工髋关节置换术出院患者中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 提高人工髋关节置换术患者对肢体关节康复认识和自我监测的护理能力。方法:将102例人工髋关节置换术出院患者的资料登记入册,于出院2周、1个月、3个月通过电话回访进行健康指导。结果:49例存在健康问题,需要接受医护人员指导和帮助。经电话回访式指导,存在问题均得到解决。结论:电话回访式健康指导是一种方便、高效率医疗服务措施,不仅促进患者的遵医行为,提高患者自信能力,还有利于完善出院指导。 Objective:To improve patients' awareness of disease recovery and self care of hip joint replacement. Methods:A total of 102 patients with hip joint replacement were registered and after two weeks, one month and three month discharged from hospital were given health education through call visits. Results:Among 100 patients who received call visits, 44 patients had health problem and needed help from medical staff, health education through call visit resolved patients'problem to different degrees. Conclusion:Health ed,'cation through call visits can easily improve patients'compliance with doctor's advice, improve patients' mental independence and perfect discharge instruction.
