In the recent years, with the continuous development of the market economy, private enterprises, most dynamic growth point in the national economic structure, have played an increasingly important role in our economic life. The present paper, based on the analysis of the present situation of the private enterprises in Zhejiang, discusses the conditions for their multi -faceted developmental strategy as well as the feasibility in this regard.
