高校学报编辑应具备“五识”

Five Qualities for College Journal Editor

学报在某种程度上代表着一所学校的科研实力与学术水平。而学报编辑作为学报的活动主体,他们的编辑活动对学报有着至关重要的影响。一名优秀的学报编辑在具备基础的尝试与知识之后,还应对自身工作有着清醒而准确的认识,并有足够的见识与胆识,挑选、审阅、编辑出既有学术价值又有思现实意义的优秀稿件。也就是说,学报编辑应该具备"五识",即常识、认识、知识、胆识和见识。

A college journal, to some extent, represents that school＇s research strength and academic level,therefore, its editor, as its subject, will exert an important influence. He shall acquire five qualities to do a good job, i.e., common sense, cognition, knowledge, courage and vision.
