高等学校英语应用能力口语测试探析

An Analysis of College Practical Oral English Test

本文探讨了口语测试在国家英语应用能力测试中的必要性与可行性。作者认为口语测试应以语言交际理论为依据,以交际信息为纲,测试内容与方法应体现交际化、多样化及可操作性的的原则;同时指出可以通过细化口语测试的评分标准,综合运用多元评分方法,建立一支专业的测试人员队伍等手段来确保口语测试的信度。

This paper probes into the necessity and the feasibility of the oral test in the national college practical English test, holds that the communicative competence theory shall serve as basis for such test and com- municative message as principle and the test content and method shall display features of communicativeness, variety and feasibility, and points out that the reliability of the test can be guaranteed by means of defining scoring standards, employing multiple scoring method and training a professional team.
