摘要
英语教学在国内的广泛推行,极大地提高了国民的国际意识,拓宽了学生的知识视野。但在推行的过程中也导致一系列问题,如英语后进生数量的逐级增加而导致部分学生学习动机的减弱、英语教学的广泛推行而导致合格英语师资的供应不足。过分注重学生"读写"能力的培养而忽视了对其"听说"能力的重视。为解决以上问题,通过对问题成因的分析而提出了情感先行,激发动机;提高素养,营造兴趣;变革组织形式,促进师生互动;探究方法,提高效率"等应对问题的措施。
The popularity of English teaching in China has greatly enhanced the public awareness of international and broaden the knowledge horizons of students. But in the process of English teaching, a series of issues have appeared. For example, increasing number of backward students in English are weakening the motivation to learn of part students, and wide implementation of English teaching leads to short supply of qualified English teachers. Too much emphasis on students' "read and write," ability leads to the ignorance on students' "hearing and speaking" ability. To solve the above problem, through the analysis of the cause of the problem, we should provide the tactics of "emotional first, increasing motivation, improve teachers' quality, explore students' interest, change the organizing form of teaching to promote teacher-student interaction, as well as explore ways in improve efficiency measures" to deal with the problem.
