摘要 为了解决下保护层开采对上覆煤层巷道围岩变形的影响,采用注浆加固巷道围岩是一种可行的方法.在力学分析的基础上,得出了基本顶的挠曲量与巷道围岩支护阻力之间的关系,支护阻力减小时,基本顶弯曲下沉挠度增加;当围岩比较破碎时,注浆加固巷道围岩是防治其变形的有效措施,并在现场进行了破碎煤体注浆加固试验.研究结果表明,通过对受采动影响煤体的注浆加固有效地控制了上覆煤层巷道围岩的变形. In solving the problem of deformation in surrounding rocks of the overlying coal entry caused by upper protective seam mining, reinforcing the surrounding rocks by grouting is a feasible method. From the mechanics analysis, we obtained the relationship between the deflection of main roof and support resistance of surrounding rocks: the deflection of the main roof increases with the decrease of support resistance. So, when the surrounding rock is crushed, the reinforcement by grouting is very effective to prevent the surrounding rock from being deformed. This is verified in practical production.
