摘要 支架失稳是大倾角煤层综放开采中常见的现象,本文结合东滩煤矿1301面42°倾角,特厚煤层的条件,对支架下滑、倾倒、尾部受扭3种主要失稳方式的机理进行了研究.结果表明:单架失稳是工作面支架失稳的诱因,支架稳定性控制的关键是使支架失稳临界角大于工作面倾角、目的是保持整个工作面支护系统的稳定性.通过工作面伪斜布置,单向割煤、支架分组布置、提高支架支护阻力、控制采高、优化移架推溜次序、留设防滑平台、强化割煤质量管理等控制技术措施,该工作面支护系统稳定性得到了有效控制,取得了很好技术经济效益,可为类似条件煤层的安全高效开采提供参考. Support instability is a normal phenomenon in the fully mechanized top coal caving face with steep coal seams. Based on geological conditions of 42° in dip angle and ultra-thick coal seam in No. 1301 working face of Dongtan coal mine, we studied the mechanism of support instability such as sliding, tipping, and tail twisting. The results show'that the instability of a single support is the main inducement for instability of working face, the key for support stability is to keep the critical instability dip angle of supports greater than the dip angle of working face to maintain the stability of the support system of working face. Through taking measures such as layout of oblique face, unidirectional mining, the group support system layout, the improvement of support setting load, the control of mining height, the advance optimization of conveyor and support, intensifying quality control of mining, and other control technical measures, the support system stability of the 1301 working face is effectively controlled.
