摘要 煤层注水是采煤工作面治本性防尘措施,为了提高煤层注水的效果,尤其是低渗透性、高硬度难注水煤层的注水,提出了变频脉冲式方法进行煤层注水方法,分析了双动式增压器产生脉冲高压水,无级变速器实现换向快慢的变频脉冲原理,得出了用脉冲高压水压裂、沟通煤层裂隙,在煤层内部形成能使水渗透到煤体内部的相互关联的孔隙—裂隙网,静压水均匀润湿煤层的动、静压交替注水方式.结果表明:变频脉冲式方法进行煤层注水,可以获得比较理想的注水效果,有效降低工作面粉尘含量,是目前解决煤矿低渗透性、高硬度难注水煤层注水的最有效技术手段. water infusion into coal seams is a fundamental measure for controlling dust at coal face. Aiming at this problem, we proposed the variable-frequency pulse water infusion technology for improving infusion efficiency, particularly for hard coal seams with low permeability. The analysis shows that 1) double-acting pressure booster can generate pulsed high-pressure water and continuously variable transmission unit can control the reversing value, and 2) the network of fissures and cracks in coal seams are fractured and connected by pulsed high-pressure water and coal seams are damped by static water. This infusion technology is the most effective one for solving the current problem of infusing water into hard coal seams with low permeability.
