文中将针对欧盟化学品管理法规REACH法规进行解释,深入剖析中国家电生产厂商即将面临欧盟设立的各种规定,以及如何满足和应对这些规定,顺利进入欧盟市场。在REACH法规中,第五章明确指出不能符合REACH法规要求的后果是:"没有数据,便没有市场,在本法规要求下,规定要求注册的物质若不经过注册,便不得投放到市场"。简而言之,若中国家电生产商不对物质进行注册,其后果是失去欧盟市场。
