摘要 针对聊城电厂600MW汽轮机1号机组2002年投运以来,长期存在高压上、下缸温差偏大问题,从机组的运行数据、高压缸的结构特点及气动性能等多方面进行了综合研究分析,找出了引起高压上、下缸温差偏大的主要原因,通过实施优化平衡活塞汽封、拆除阻汽片、更换修理插管密封等措施,从根本上解决了高压上、下缸的温差偏大问题。 For larger thermal difference between upper Liaocheng Power Station, which was put into operation operation data, features of HP casing and aeroperformance, It demonstrates that the issues can be solved completely and lower HP casing of No. 1 unit in 600MW of in 2002, the comprehensive study was made for the reason for larger thermal difference was found. by improving dummy piston seal ring, removing packing strip and repairing piston ring of HP inlet etc.
