摘要
以焦宝石颗粒及细粉为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥为结合系统,分别研究了不同叶腊石含量对焦宝石基喷涂料性能的影响。结果表明,焦宝石基喷涂料经过600℃、1000℃、1300℃烧结后,线变化率随着叶腊石含量的增加线收缩率逐渐减小,抗折强度、耐压强度随着叶腊石含量的增加呈现下降的趋势。
The effects of different pyrophyllite contents on the properties of the hard clay based gunning castable are analyzed respectively by taking the hard clay grains and fine material as main raw materials and taking calcium aluminate cement as binding system. The result shows that after sintering the hard alay based gunning castable at 600℃,1000℃ and 1300℃, for the linear change rate, linear shrinkage rate is reduced gradually with the increase of pyrophyllite content and the modulus of rupture and cold crushing strength have the decreasing trend with the increase of pyrophyllite content.
