高校学生党建中推进党内民主建设研究

Study concerned with promoting intra-party democracy construction in undergraduate's party construction

推进高校学生党建中党内民主建设,是高校贯彻落实党的十七大精神的重要工作。文章从提高学生党建工作质量、推进全党党内民主建设、实现党的民主执政等方面阐述了高校学生党建中推进党内民主建设的重要性,通过对学生党员的主体地位不够突出、学生党支部民主讨论氛围不够浓厚、党务公开制度不够健全等问题及原因的分析,提出了增强学生党员的党内民主意识、尊重学生党员主体地位、保障学生党员民主权利和强化党内监督等有效途径。

It is required for improving undergraduate＇s party construction to boost actively intra-party democracy construction, and to implement the guiding principles of the Seventeenth congress in university. This paper elaborates the importance of extending intra-party democracy construction in the whole party from the aspects, such as enhancing the quality of undergraduate＇s party construction, progressing construction of intra-party democracy and realizing democratic regime of the party. It also must be adequately recognized that there are some problems and related reasons in undergraduate＇s party construction, including shortage of main body position of undergraduate, limitation of the freedom of democratic debate in the undergraduate＇s party branch, disability of principle of making the party business public,etc. For those reasons,it must be to look for an efficient pathway to improve the intraparty democratic recognition in undergraduate party members,respect their main body position, ensure their democratic authority and enhancement intra-party supervision respectively.
