摘要
针对对数曲线的多轴联动控制,设计了奇偶步插补算法。把插补循环分为奇数步和偶数步,奇、偶步算式递推结合,得出奇偶步插补算法公式。测试表明,奇数步插补简明快捷,偶数步插补精度提高,在嵌入式数控系统中能进行对数曲线的多轴联动插补控制,实现了锥度铣刀的精密磨削加工控制。
Aiming at multi-axis control in logarithmic curves, an odd-even steps interpolation algorithm was designed. The interpolation cycle was divided into odd steps and even steps. By recursion of odd steps and even steps, the formula for interpolation of odd and even steps was obtained. Test showed that the interpolation in the odd step was concise and quick in operation. The interpolation in the even step was used to improve accuracy. The logarithmic curve could be interpolated in the embedded Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) system with multi-axis control and the precise grounding of conical milling cutter could be realized.
