摘要
汽轮发电机组经常出现机组振动过大、瓦温过高的故障,其中有较多问题是由于轴承标高的变化量过大,造成瓦温过高、振动加大引起的。介绍了HT-BGY-0101汽轮发电机组轴系标高测试仪的测试原理、仪器指标及设备配置情况;通过某300 MW机组大修并网调整实例证明,采用该测试仪可有效、及时排除故障,使机组安全运行。
Some faults often occur in turbogenerator unit, Such as over vibrating of the turbogenerator and too high temperature of beating bush, of which many are caused by oversize variable quantity of bearing elevation. This paper introduces the test principle, indexes and equipment configuration of elevation testing instrument for HT-BGY-0101 turbogenerator set shafts. The example of overhauling, synchronizing and adjusting for a 300 MW turbogenerator unit testifies that the instrument can eliminate faults effectively & promptly and ensure the turbogenerator set safety operation.
