摘要
电网调度部门是保障电网安全、稳定、可靠运行和供电可靠的重要机构,而电网调度管理则是电网实现安全调度的制度保障。本文对陕西各地区电网调度部门的调研中发现的不足与问题进行了总结,针对这些问题提出了相应的改进措施,以使各地区电网调度管理工作更加完善。
A power dispatching center is an important organization which can ensure power grid running safely, steadily ＆ reliably as well as reliability of power supply. Power dispatching management is the system guarantee for power secure dispatch. This paper summarizes some shortcomings and problems occurred in the investigation of the power dispatching center in Shaanxi region, and raises relevant improvement measures to perfect the power dispatching management.
