摘要 首先分析阐述了混合装配流水线的平衡问题和排序问题对优化目标的交叉影响,并应用改进的并行优化算法,将其与传统的串行优化算法进行比较分析,分析结果表明,改进的协同优化算法能够克服串行优化算法全局搜索能力弱的局限性,达到全局最优化,从而改善了优化结果。 Multi- product mixed- model assembly line refers to a continuous production assembly line mixed with many varieties which is able to form a certain quantity and commission order collocation. Line balancing and product sequencing are two related organic parts. According to the analysis of the interactions effect between line balancing and product sequencing on object function, the result shows that the serial optimization can only get local optimal solutions, while the parallel co - optimization can get whole optimal solutions. This will overcome the former limitations, improve the optimization results
