摘要
针对螺纹车削过程中,切削力较大和作用力聚集范围较窄难以保障加工精度的问题,结合理论研究和生产实践经验,从刀具几何参数、加工工艺参数、切削液和程序编辑等方面分析了提高数控车削螺纹精度的措施。
In the process of cutting screw thread with lathe, there are more cutting force and greater force gathered narrower. So, it is difficulty to obtain the high precision and machining instability. It combines the theoretical study and practical production experience, analyzes the tool of the geometric parameters, technical parameters, cutting fluid, the editing process and etc. It presents the measures to improve the precision NC turning the screw thread.
