摘要
运用ANSYS提供的屈曲分析,对碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)埋入光纤弯曲试件进行模拟分析,得出了埋入光纤对复合材料整体有显著影响时的体积含量,并且与前人的实验数据进行了比较,同时得出了一种预测复合材料弯曲强度的方法,为复合材料设计和工程应用提供了一种新的依据。
Based on analysis of the bend specimen of CFRP after embedding optic- tiber with the buckling model of ANSYS, it obtains the volume proportion of optic - fiber in the structure, this has a visible effect to the total structure. Compared with the former experiment data, it presents a method to predicate the bending strength of CFRP. This provides a new basis for composite design and engineering application.
