摘要
本文介绍了在UNS S31500、S31803、S32205、S32750等双相不锈钢生产中,为了提高热塑性,在微量元素、变形温度、铁素体量等方面进行的实践。实验结果表明:只要几个关键因素掌握得当,即使s32750双相不锈钢在1180~1200℃时,其断面收缩率也高达97%(Gleeble热模拟试验),热塑性可大大提高。
The paper reported the experiments conducted in trace elements,deformation temperatureand content of ferrite to improve the hot ductility of duplex grades UNS S31500,S31803,S32205,S32750 in their production.The results showed that so long as several key factors were properly controlled, even if S32750 duplex stainless steel was retained at temperature range of 1180- 1200℃,the reduction of area could be up to 97% (Gleeble hot simulation test) and hot ductility could be significantly improved.
