摘要
丙型病毒性肝炎（简称丙型肝炎）是由丙型肝炎病毒（Hepatitis Cviral，HCV）引起的肝脏炎症性疾病。HCV感染呈全世界分布，主要通过血液传播，少数通过性接触、母婴及器官移植传播。丙型肝炎急性感染常呈隐匿性经过，约50％的感染者可能发展为慢性肝炎、肝硬化，HCV感染与肝细胞肝癌的形成也有密切关系。
