发电企业营销策略试析

摘要 我国的电力体制改革已经进入到厂网分开、竞价上网、初步形成电力市场的阶段,作为电力市场的主体发电企业,由于面临着全新的市场环境,如何采取有效的营销策略,对于发电企业在电力市场条件下取得良好的经济效益是至关重要的。主要针对我国目前电力体制改革的形势,对发电企业在电力市场条件下的营销策略进行试析,以期对发电企业的实际工作有更清晰的认识。 China's power system reform has entered upon a new stage in which power plant and power network is separated,power network is incorporated by power price competition and power market is initially formed.As principle part of power market,power generation enterprise will face totally new market environment and an efficient marketing strategy taken by the enterprise will be crucial to gain better economic benefits under power market conditions.In this paper,an analysis on marketing strategy of power generation enterprise under power market condition is given according to present situation of power system reform in China.Hence,work done by power generation enterprise will be recognized more clearly.
