摘要
文章介绍了研制的球形储罐自动化焊接设备的执行机构——机头,从研制方案的确定、整体构造和分结构(爬行机构、摆动机构及焊枪调节机构)的研制,到生产应用作了详细论述,分析了其构造、组成、工作原理及性能特点,对其中的爬行机构从方式选择、机构原理及稳定性方面进行了研究,使机头达到了设计要求。经过在弧形拱顶储罐施工工程中的实际应用,取得了满意的效果。
The actuator(the welding head)of the automatic welding machine used for welding spherical tank has been developed.The determination of its development program and the development of the whole structure and its integral parts(including the crawling machine,the wiggling machine and the machine for ad-justing welding torch) as well as its applications in some projects are discussed in detail.Also in this article,the structure,components,principle and performance of the actuator are analyzed,and the crawling mode se-lection,working principle and operational stability of the crawling machine are studied.This welding machine was applied in the construction of a storage tank with dome,and the results were good enough.
