摘要
尚林油田采用一套层系开发,由于层间差异较大,达不到分层注采的目的,为此研制了一种适用于尚林油田防砂的分层注挤工具。使用结果表明,该工具能够确保分层注挤的实施效果,可有效控制井下施工质量,保证了尚林油田油井的产能稳定。文章着重介绍了分层注挤工具的结构、工作原理、工具的设计计算、室内试验和推广应用效果。
In order to achieve separate layer injection and production in Shanglin Oilfield,a new layered packing and injecting tool has been developed.The field test of the tool has demonstrated that it ensures the implementation of layered packing and injecting and controls the downhole implementation quality.This paper emphasizes the configuration,operational principle,design and parameter calculation,laboratory testing,appli-cation and dissemination of the tool.
