异育银鲫饲料中适宜脂肪需求量研究

Study on the optimal lipid content of feed for Carassius auratus gibelio

研究异育银鲫（Carassius auratus gibelio）饲料中脂肪的适宜需要量，以鱼粉豆粕为蛋白源、鱼油作为添加的脂肪源，分别添加0、2％、4％、6％和8％的鱼油，配制成5组饲料。对平均体质量每尾（17．00±0．15）g的异育银鲫进行为期45d的养殖试验。结果表明各试验组的饵料系数、蛋白质效率差异不显著（P〉0．05），饲料中脂肪含量6．04％的试验组饵料系数最低（2．00）、蛋白质效率最高（1．19）、其增重率与饲料中脂肪水平为4．08％的比较差异不显著（P〉0．05），但与其余各试验组的差异显著（P〈0．05）；饲料中主要营养物质的表观消化率以添加6．04％试验组最高，且粗脂肪、钠及饲料总消化率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），但与脂肪水平为4．08％的试验组差异不显著（P〉0．05）。试验表明异育银鲫饲料中脂肪的适宜需求量为4．08％-6．04％。

The trial was conducted to study the optimal lipid content of feed for Carassius auratus gibelio. The fish meal and soybean meal were taken as the protein source, the fish oil as the fat source （crude protein was 33.50% ）, the fish oil contents added in the diets were 0, 2%, 4%, 6% ,8% respectively to study the optimal demand in the feed of Carassius auratus gibelio. Carassius auratus gibelio were randomly divided into 5 groups in feeding trial for 45 days. The results indicated that there were no significant differences （ P 〉 0.05 ） among the tested groups and the control for feed conversion efficiency （FCR） and protein efficiency （PE）, the FCR of Carassius auratus 68.79%, lower than that gibelio was lowest（2.00）, and the pE was higest（1.19）, and the growth rate was of trial test（4.06% of the fat content）,but no significant difference when the fat content is 6.04%, the growth rates of 4.08% and 6.04% trial groups was higher than that of other groups; That the nourishment apparent digestibility of feed was highest when the fat content was 6.04%, and the crude fat, Na, total feed digestibility were higher than those of the control significantly, but no significant difference campared with those of the 4.08% fat group（P 〉0.05 ）. In this trial the optimal lipid content range of feed was 4.08% -6.04% for Carassius auratus gibelio.
