摘要
将糖尿病共性高血压控制在目标血压(<130/80mm Hg)的管理策略按顺序包括:早期积极调整生活方式疗法;加用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素受体阻滞剂;血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素受体阻滞剂与噻嗪类利尿剂联用;加用二氢吡啶钙通道阻滞剂或β阻滞剂;若出现高血压抵抗,应查找原因,向专家咨询。
The basic plan should be conducted to control diabetic common blood pressure to goal blood pressure（ 〈 130/80 mm Hg）. At first,lifestyle modification should be taken to lower blood pressure actively. Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor （ACEI） or angiotensin receptor blocker should used as initial drug therapy, including the combination of an ACEI or ARB and a thiazide, and calcium channel blocker （CCB） or-blocker can be added to. If resistant hypertension present, the causes should be searched and eonsulted to hypertension specialist.
