摘要 脑是机体高级神经活动的重要器官,具有复杂的生理功能,代谢极为活跃。生理状态下,脑血流量维持相对稳定,以维持脑组织的正常神经功能和代谢活动。神经外科患者围手术期、手术及麻醉因素均可对脑血流及代谢产生影响。掌握脑血流和脑代谢生理调节机制,了解神经外科围手术期间影响脑血流和脑代谢的影响因素,有利于合理的选择麻醉方法,指导对围术期患者的处理以及对预后的判断。 The brain is a higher nervous activity critical organ, have complicated physiologic function, and have an active metabolism. Under the physiology condition, cerebral blood flow to keep relative stabilization, to keep the normal nerve function and metabolism activity of brain tissue. The factors, such as ambierioperation stage, operation and anaesth may be product influence to cerebral blood flow and metabolism on neurosurgery patients. To know cerebral blood flow and cerebral metabolism physiologic regulatory mechanism, to understand the influencing factor of cerebral blood flow and cerebral metabolism influencing factor on ambi-perioperation stage, which benefit to choose anaesth method, and to guide treatment of ambi-perioperation stage and prognosis.
