从高校图书馆组织结构变革的紧迫性和当前组织结构中存在的问题入手,探讨了信息社会高校图书馆组织结构变革的基本原则与组织结构的设计,并在此基础上提出了相应的保证措施,使高校图书馆更加符合信息社会的管理与理念.

Being aimed at the urgency of the organizations and structures of college libraries and the existing problems in the present organizations, this article is to study the basic principles of the organization reform and the organization design of college libraries in information society, and the relevant assured measures has been made out so that college libraries will be made more the management and the idea of the information society.
