摘要 鱼类的早期发育阶段是其整个生活史中对各种污染物最为敏感的阶段,用以作为急性毒性试验具有快速、敏感、经济有效等特点,因此可以广泛应用于生物测试.但是镉应用于鲫鱼的急性毒性研究并不多见.该文利用静水生物测试法,从半数致死剂量、安全质量浓度等方面研究了镉污染对鲫幼鱼的急性毒性,为评价重金属对水生生物的影响,制订废水排放浓度标准提供参考的依据. Since the preliminary growth of fish is the most sensitive stage to all kinds of pollutants along their life, they are often used for toxic test with features of quickness,sensitivity ,economy and effectiveness and applied to test on organism. The element of cadmium, however, is seldom used in the research of acute toxicity of crucian. In this paper, the effects of cadmium pollution on infant crueian in acute toxicity by using static water organism test including half death concentration and safety quality concentra- tion were investigated. This provides reference for evaluation of impact of heavy metal on water organism and formulation of standard on waste water discharge.
