摘要 采用RAPD法对湛江地区棕榈科5属12种植物进行了基因组DNA多态性分析.从100个随机引物中筛选出10个有效引物,共获得RAPD位点72个,其中多态性位点72条,占全部位点数的100%,特有位点43个,占全部位点数的59.7%.利用PAUP4.0b10软件包选择UPGMA法对所得到RAPD数据矩阵进行聚类分析,UPGMA聚类树与有关文献表型分类结果不尽一致.研究结果不支持夏威夷椰子(Chamaedorea seifriziiBurr.)置于竹节椰属(ChamaedoreaWilld.)的观点,对于其分类地位有待进一步确定. The random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique was used to analyze the genome DNA polymorphism of 12 species representing five genera of the family Palmae in. 10 effective primers from 100 arbitrary primers were selected to amplify PCR and total 72 RAPD loci were generated, of which 72 (100%) were polymorphic loci, 43 (57. 9M) were particular loci. The cluster analysis was conducted by using PAUP * 4.0b10 software with the unweighted pair--group method of arithmetic averages (UPGMA ). The UPGMA dendrogram based on the Nei's genetic distance was not completely consistent with conclusions from morphology. The results suggest that Chamaedorea seifrizii Burr. separates from the genus Chamaedorea and further study about its classification position is necessary.
