Historic Figure Zhang Shizhao and Modern Chinese Psychology

章士钊是最早向国内介绍弗洛伊德及其精神分析的中国学者,他对于心理学的译介和研究,有其特定的历史背景和个人原因。他率先将心理学的理论应用于文史、政治等领域的研究,并取得了一些初步成果。以他的《弗洛伊德叙传》为起点,国内开始在争论的过程中认识精神分析,弗洛伊德的学说在中国近代学界和文学上产生了深刻的影响。

It is Zhang Shizhao who introduced Freud and his psychoanalysis at the fist time in modem Chinese history. With special historical background and his own particular reason, he translated and introduced Freud＇s theory to China. He also initiated to study Chinese literature, arts and politics from the point of psychoanalysis with some new opinions. Taking his Freud＇s Biography as a starting point, the Chinese began to accept psychoanalysis in arguments. Thus Freud＇s theory began to affect greatly modem Chinese academy and literature.
