摘要 以三好桥主塔竖转施工为研究对象,应用Sap2000有限元软件建立由塔架、主塔、钢绞线和提升装置组成的有限元模型。通过协调四组提升钢绞线的运动关系,模拟钢绞线均衡平稳地提升大桥主拱并竖转到指定位置。通过仿真分析,确定钢铰线长度、提升过程、塔架受力、提升装置等工艺数据。 As researching object with vertical body rotating construction of main tower of Sanhao bridge, the finite element model consisting of the pylon, main tower, strand and elevator is established with Sap2000 finite element software. Through harmonizing the moving relation between 4 sets of elevating strands it's made to simulate strands to elevate equally and stably the main arch of bridge and to rotate vertically it to designated position. By way of emulation analyzing there are determined the length of strand, the elevating process, the load - bearing of pylon and the elevating apparatus etc.
