摘要
为了研究企业如何构建组织资源以促进战略变化速度问题,基于动态的资源管理观点,综合考虑了资源外部获取、资源内部开发以及资源剥离三方面对战略变化速度的影响以及三者之间的内在交互作用,提出了资源构建与战略变化速度关系的概念模型与相关假设,并通过508家国内企业调查数据进行了实证检验。结果表明,外部资源获取有利于战略变化的快速实施;内部开发在外部获取与战略变化速度之间起中介作用;剥离与战略变化速度呈U型关系。
To work on the problem of how to structure organization resource to increase the speed of strategic change, from the viewpoints of dynamic resource management are taken into account the impact of three aspects such as external resource acquisition, internal resource exploitation and resource peeling-off on the speed of strategie change and the in- trinsic interaction among them. A conceptual model and related hypothesis on the relation between the resource structu- ring and the speed of strategic change were proposed. The model was empirically tested by a sample of 508 Chinese firms. Analysis results show that resource acquisition will hasten the speed of strategic change; the internal exploitation plays a mediation role between the external resource acquisition and the speed of strategic change ; there is a U - shape relation between the peeling-off and the speed of strategic change
