壮族青少年同身寸与身高、四肢长的相关性分析

CORRELATION BETWEEN INDIVIDUALEUM LENGTH AND STATURE AND LIMBS LENGTH IN ZHUANG MINORITY JUVENILES

目的:探索广西壮族青少年同身寸与身高、四肢长度的关系,为年龄(发育)解剖学、法医学和针灸取穴提供参考数据。方法:测量了1322例7～19岁发育正常的壮族青少年中指同身寸、身高和四肢长度,并作直线相关及回归分析。结果:得出男女各年龄组同身寸、身高、四肢长度均值。同身寸与身高除女生7岁组外,其余均呈正的直线相关;同身寸与上肢长除男7岁组,女14岁组以外,其余呈正的直线相关;同身寸与髂前上棘高大部分年龄组呈正的直线相关。并求出壮族青少年由同身寸长推算身高、四肢长的回归方程。结论:通过同身寸长可推算出身高和四肢长度。

Objective：To study the correlation between the individualeum length and the stature and limbs length in Zhuang minority juveniles in Guangxi, providing reference data for anthropology, forensic medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. Methods：The individualeum length and stature and limbs length of 1 322 normal juveniles （aged 719） of Zhuang minority were measured by the standard of Wu Ru-Kang, and the analysis of the linear regression was done. Result：The means of the individualeum length and the stature and limbs length of different ages and sex were obtained. The correlation between the individualeum length and the stature in all of the male age groups and all of the female groups exept 7 were positively related, and the correlation between the individualeum length and the limbs length in all of the male age groups exept7 and all of the female groups exept 14 were positively related, and the regression equation was established also. Conclusion：The correlation between the individualeum length and the stature were positively related in Zhuang minority juveniles, The figures of stature and limbs length can be calculated by the individualeum length.
