摘要
目的探讨康欣胶囊全方及其拆方对肾虚血瘀型血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)大鼠神经递质的影响。方法采用双侧椎动脉永久性封闭和摘除单侧性器官建立肾虚血瘀型VD模型大鼠60只,分为6组。每组10只,分别给予康欣胶囊全方、康欣胶囊中补肾药、康欣胶囊中健脾药、康欣胶囊中养血活血药、阳性西药喜得镇和蒸馏水,每日1次,连续给药1个月,检测大鼠神经递质水平。结果全方组的逃避潜伏期最短,空间探索次数最多,与其他组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);全方组乙酰胆碱Ach含量最高,较模型组有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论康欣胶囊全方能提高肾虚血瘀型VD大鼠乙酰胆碱含量。
Objective To research the influence Kangxin capsule on transmitter in vascular dementia rat with kidney asthenia and blood stasis. Methods The VD rats with kidney asthenia and blood stasis were made and divided into 6 groups, each group were given medicine respectively once a day for 1 month, then their behavior tests were done and the neurotransmitter of hippocampus were analyzed. Results The escape tendency of the complete components group was shortest,significantly shorter than other groups (P〈 0.01,P〈0.05 ). The value of acetylcholine of hippocampus of complete, component group was increased tom pared with the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Kangxin capsule complete component could increase the value of aeetylcholine.
