针药结合治疗对慢性肾小球肾炎大鼠血清MDA、SOD、NO的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Herbs on Serum MDA,SOD and NO in Rats with Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的探讨针药结合治疗对实验性肾炎大鼠血清中MDA、SOD、NO的影响。方法观察针药结合治疗对尾静脉注射小牛血清白蛋白所诱发慢性肾小球肾炎大鼠血清中MDA、SOD、NO的影响。结果模型组大鼠血清MDA升高,SOD、NO降低,针灸组、中药组、针药结合组均能降低大鼠血清MDA,升高SOD、NO,与模型组比较有显著性差异。结论针药结合治疗对慢性肾小球肾炎有一定的治疗作用,其作用机理可能与抗氧化作用有关。

Objective To explore effect of acupuncture combined with herbs on serum MDA, SOD and NO in rats with chronic glomerulonephritis （CG）. Methods 48 rats were divided into six groups, ie. control group, model group, acupuncture group, herbs group, acupuncture and herbs group and Shenyan Kangfu tablet group. The CG rats were induced by intravenous injection of bovine serum albumin in rats＇ caudal vein, and the effect of acupuncture combined with herbs on serum MDA, SOD and NO were observed. Results The serum MDA was increased, SOD and NO were decreased in model group. The serum MDA was decreased, SOD and NO were increased in acupuncture group, herbs group, acupuncture and herbs group. There were significant difference between them （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with herbs is effective for CG and the mechanism is related to antioxidation.
