红曲红色素高产菌株的诱变选育 被引量:5

Mutation breeding of high red pigment producing Monascus strains

摘要 以产红曲红色素的红曲霉菌株3.4577为出发菌株,经^(60)Co诱变,选育到1株色价明显提高的突变菌株3.4577-3。该诱变菌株红曲红色素色价平均达4830U/g,比出发菌株提高了59.9%;传代10代遗传稳定;显微观察其产孢量大于出发菌株,为应用于生产奠定了基础。 Using Monascus strain 3.4577 as original strain, an mutated strain named 3.4577-3 was obtained by ^60Co treatment. The average colour value of the mutant strain reached 4830 U/g, which was 59.9% higher than that of the original strain. The pigment producing character of the mutant was stable after being subcultured for 10 generations. The sporulation quantity of the mutant was higher than the original strain, which laid a foundation for large-scale production.
