摘要 环氧沥青具有与普通沥青和改性沥青不同的粘弹特性。通过-15、0、10、20、30、40℃下的压缩蠕变试验,分析了环氧沥青不同温度下的蠕变特征。根据蠕变力学模型,利用Origin6.0的Non-linear Curve Fit功能,分别对Kelvin模型、3单元模型、2阶广义Kelvin模型、3阶广义Kelvin模型以及修正的2阶广义Kelvin模型不同温度的蠕变行为进行解析。并通过不同温度的粘弹力学模型,分析材料弹性模量及松弛时间的变化特征。结果表明,采用修正的2阶广义Kelvin模型可以较为精确表述材料不同温度的蠕变行为;环氧沥青中沥青以颗粒状、片状等微观形式存在于固化的环氧树脂网络,其粘滞特性被环氧树脂弹性网络所掩盖。 Epoxy asphalt shows special viscoelasticity performance different from conventional asphalt and modified asphalt. Creep characteristics of epoxy asphalt were analyzed through compress creep test (CCT) at - 15 ℃, 0 ℃, 10 ℃, 20 ℃, 30 ℃ and 40 ℃. Based on creep mechanical model, Kelvin model, three-element model, second -order extensive Kelvin model, three-order extensive Kelvin model and modified second-order extensive Kelvin model were adopted to fit creep tests data by using non-linear curve fit function of software Origin6.0. The elasticity modulus and relaxation time of epoxy asphalt was studied through viscoelasticity mechanical model at different temperatures.The results show that (1) modified second-order extensive Kelvin model could fit creep tests data under different temperatures very well; (2) asphalt dispersed in elastic resin networks in particular shapes such as granule and flake, the viscoelasticity performance is concealed by the networks.
