橡胶粉改性沥青降噪机理及试验研究 被引量:19

摘要 从橡胶粉改性沥青对路面噪声的影响出发,利用电子显微照片对橡胶粉的微观结构进行了研究,从空隙吸声和阻尼减振方面对橡胶粉改性沥青的降噪机理进行了分析。利用正交试验法优选了橡胶粉改性沥青配方,进行了试验路段铺设;采用定点法和车载法进行了道路噪声效果对比测试,分别进行了两种方法不同频率下的噪声级对比分析,绘制了噪声峰值比较图和噪声总量比较图。数据统计结果表明,橡胶粉改性沥青与SBS改性沥青路面相比有明显的降噪效果,为降低道路交通噪声提供了一条新思路。 Considering the impact of rubber powder modified asphalt on the pavement noise, the microstructure of the waste rubber ,powder was studied using electron microscopy. The noise reduction mechanism of rubber powder modified asphalt was analyzed from the aspects of sound absorption of voids and vibration damping. Based on the orthogonal experiment, the best compounding of the modified asphalt was determined and test sections were paved with it. Noise contrastive tests applying on-board noise testing method and fixed device testing method under different frequencies were carried out. The contrastive curves of noise peak value and noise gross based on two kinds of method were illustrated.The statistical results show that the road paved with the waste rubber powder modified asphalts has obvious effect on noise reduction compared to SBS modified asphalts. It provides a new method to reduce the highway traffic noise.
