分光光度法测定鱼饲料中磷含量 被引量:3

摘要 磷是动物体内含量丰富的矿物质,对代谢功能的正常发挥起着重要作用。磷不足将导致动物发生多种疾病。磷的测定方法已有许多,本着操作简便、对磷的特异性高、共存离子干扰小的原则,该试验采用钒钼酸铵分光光度法对鱼饲料中的磷进行了测定。将试样中游离出来的磷在酸性溶液中与显色剂钒钼酸铵作用,生成的黄色络合物在波长374nm下有最大吸收值。
