就目前成人高等教育的招生现状及存在问题作了分析,从成人教育的实际出发,提出了招生制度、办学特色、社会需求、弹性学制等方面的改革设想,以期达到成人高等教育走出困境的目的。

An analysis is made of the status quo in admission and existing problems in adult higher education. From the perspective of reality in adult higher education, the reformation visualization is made regarding things like admission system, academic features, social demand and elastic school terms so that we can go out of the plight faced by adult higher education.
