企业参与校企合作教育动因的实证研究

An Empirical Research on Motives of Enterprises' Participation in Cooperative Education

以陕西和宁夏320位电子信息类企业管理者为研究对象,采用问卷的方法调查了企业参与校企合作教育的动因。研究发现:企业参与合作教育的动因主要是人力资源和科技资源,其次是短期利益,最后企业才会考虑长远策略。同时,不同地区、不同性质、不同规模企业的动因存在着显著差异。

This paper, taking 320 managers in the enterprises of electronics and information in Shaanxi Province and Ningxia Hui Minority Autonomous Region as research samples, inquires into their motives affecting cooperative education through questionnaire. Empirical research reveals that the main motives of enterprises＇ participation in cooperative education consist of human resources and scientific resources. The next is short-term benefits and the last is long-term strategies. Meanwhile, there are significant differences among various areas, types and scales.
