Relying on the Military Training Information Network to Innovate the Military Postgraduate Education

文章分析了我军依托全军军事训练信息网加强远程高等教育的思路;介绍了国防科技大学依托全军军事训练信息网建设网络资源和网络课程,以及依托军网开展研究生课程教育的情况;提出了未来依托全军军事训练信息网加强军队远程高等教育的发展思路和举措。文章指出,充分利用远程高等教育手段加强我军研究生教育,促进其发展,是新世纪高层次军事人才培养的必由之路。

This paper analyzes the necessity and possibility for PLA to enhar）ce postgraduate distance education by using the Military Training Information Network （MTIN）, and then introduces the situation of National University of Defence Technology which has developed its network education resource and network courses, and the situation of network courses application of Engineering Master. At last, it summarizes some ideas and measures to enhance the military postgraduate education by using the Military Training Information Network. Making full use of the distance education to advance PLA postgraduate education is the only way of cultivating military high-level talents in the new century.
