Problems and Countermeasures of Artistic Gymnastics in China

近年来,艺术体操集体项目的成绩有了明显的上升趋势,与世界先进水平的差距在缩小。继续保持这良好的上升势头,需要推进艺术完美,开拓编排思路,提高教练员队伍和科学训练水平,充分研究规则,不断增强运动员体能和专项素质,培养后备力量。

Although our artistic gymnastics started late, it obtained excellent results. In recent years, me pertormance of our group events in artistic gymnastics has made great progress. The gap between world top level and ours has narrowed down. We hope the group events of our artistic gymnastics are likely to be entering top three in Beijing Olympic Games. To keep this raising tendency, we should push forward the artical perfection, innovate the movement arrangement, improve the level of the coach team and the scientific training, fully research rule, continuously increase the physical ability and specific fitness, and cultivate reserve force. This article analyses the development process of would artistic gymnastics sport and discuses the present problems and the countermeasures of our artistic gymnastics.
